How do i define the default element size?

The EA file is used by a few users, each having a different version or build of EA.  In general they are all above 6.0.  For some reason the use case elment appears different depending on which machine it was created.
We are not using any source control or database, we are simply using the file, making sure it is not modified more than once.

Are the diagrams themselves set to the same scale on all the machines?
