Build 791 - Which Construct Handling Added?

The announcement for build 791 says:

Added handling of more language constructs for Actionscript, C#, C++ (.Net), Delphi, Java, and VB.

I'd appreciate a simple list of the constructs whose handling was added, at least for C#, C++ and VB.

This isn't really the best place to ask this question as it is primarily a user forum but I'll give a little bit more detail.

• C#: as/is expressions and protected internal scopes separated by another modifier (eg protected static internal)
  
• C++: Extended the .Net extensions of delegates, arrays and forward declarations
  
• Delphi: Deprecated methods and multi-dimensional array types.
  
• VB: More complex arrays and global attributes.
  
• Actionscript (Version 3):Classes containing arbitrary statements, final and override methods and namespaces.
