HTML Template changes

I have changed the HTML template but I need to get rid of the following items, can someone point me in the right direction to remove this if possible.

I'm using EA 6.1

Goto:  Custom Properties, Tasks  


See also:  Count SURs received and apply to manual spreadsheet, Pass workitem to appropriate CSR  


Appears in:  Surrender

I also want to remove goto, see also and appears in as well...

I've looked at every HTML and CSS template in EA and cannot find these so presume their generation are hard coded in the EA HTML generator.
