Design UI as in EAExample

Hi all ....

Is it possible to create the same UI as given in the example - EAExample .
Am trying to create similar GUI for my company and the version that I have is - 6.1.789

Here is how to design UI Models... Sorry if this isn't what you were asking for - i feel like i'm missing something.  This was all straight from a 'UI' search in the help files.

Adding a Screen
Custom Tab from toolbox || Drag ‘Screen’ onto diagram

Adding a Screen component
Custom Tab from toolbox || Drag ‘UI Control’ onto diagram || Insert Name/Text || Specify Stereotype || OK

thnx for the reply n no need to apology .....  
I have tried that option but anyhow am not convinced with the GUI it is giving ....
I am trying to figure out the method to design a page which looks excatly like the page we get when we click EAExample.
If it is managed by stereotype  then which stereotype to use?  
n this time apologies from my side if am bugging u with irrelevant question .

You chooses stereotypes from droplist - explore a bit ;-)
