there is a way to export a RTF Template from an eap file to an other ??

Manually: In the RTF editor via File|Export...
Automation: not my job ;-)

Either as proposed by Jan from the File menu or, if more templates shall be exported, via Tools->Export Reference data.
Look at the bottom for the RTF templates.
