Missing stereotypes in UML profile
« on: August 11, 2006, 12:59:40 am »
After I have created a profile package I am adding a few stereotypes to it, then I try Save Package as UML Profile but the dialog that pops up after pressing Order Stereotypes is empty, also when I import the saved profile under UML Profiles the whole package is empty. What am I missing or doing wrong? Can't see this mentioned anywhere in the help. Any clues are highly appreciated.

Does your profile package have the <<profile>> stereotype? Does each stereotype have either an <<extends>> or <<redefines>> connector to a metaclass? If the answer to both questions is yes and you are still having problems, please contact Sparx Support, and if possible save your profile package to XMI and attach that to your support request. You can contact Sparx Support by selecting "Help | On-Line Resources | Bug Report Page" from the EA main menu.

I missed associating my stereotypes to existing metaclasses... :P Thank you so much, KP!
