New RTF Generator (does it work at all)
« on: August 15, 2006, 09:29:34 pm »
For my sins (and I must have been sinful because I've already wasted a morning on this...), I decided to try and generate some documentation using the new RTF generator.  I have a Package (called Requirements) which contains a set (12) of Requirement elements (that is, External requirements).  I created a New template by copying the (requirements template).

I can't get the generator to list the complete set of Requjirements elements.  I can get a varying number.  If I just press the default generate button, I get the first 4 of 12.  If I change the order to Name ascending (from Tree order), I get the same 4 elements, but in name order.  If I use Name order descending I get the last two elements, in descending name order.

Should I go to confession or is the new generator just fundamentally flawed?
(Oh, I'm using the 6.5 Beta)

Very frustratedly ...

Hi,

I think I am having the same problem. When I generate documentation, TOC is generated correctly (indicating 23 pages), but the rtf document has actually only 7 pages... strange to me...
