Hi,

in my collegues Project menu there is a Security menu item but I can't find it in mine. I have reinstalled the product but it is still gone. Anyone know what stone to look under?

You have to enable it by entering the key with the curly brackets (you received that with the main license key) at Project/Security.

The security menu item won't appear in the menu at all if you are not using the corporate edition of EA. To check what edition you are using please look at Help | About EA ... from the main menu.

I did enable the security using the key and we are using corp ed but the problem persist. I see no menu item "Security" but my collegues do. I can see the menu items in the menu setup (available in the start page) and those can be dragged to a toolbar but I still wonder what happened to the original one.

Any other good ideas?

Sounds like you should directly contact Sparx' support. Use the form on the main site or mail directly.

Edit: Try to re-install EA if not done already.

On a long shot try resetting your menus.

From EA use Tools / Customize, select the Menu tab and click Reset.
