How to add collaboration occurence element?

In the EA examlpes is a Composite structure diagram "Brokered".

I'm wondering, how the collaboration occurence elements (WholeSale:Sale & retail:Sale) was added to the diagram? They are instances of the "Sale" collaboration element, but I didn't find the collaboration occurence element, and I can't imagine, how to "inherit" them from the collaboration element.

Interestingly, they are only in the diagram, but they are not in the project browser.

Answer to my own question (maybe sombody else has the same problem):

As with every object,

1. have to push the ctrl button while move the collaboration from the project browser to the diagram

2. In the form, that appears have to set the "as instance" checkbox

3. In the diagram have to set the name of the collaboration occurence as like
