I need to do a use case template
« on: September 29, 2006, 01:14:50 pm »
Hi, I need to do a use case template and  I don´t know how.

What I mean is, I write a use case, complete all the tabs  (for example, in the Require Tab, I add Dictionary requirement, usability requirement and so on). And when I need to do new use case, I don´t want complete all the tabs again, is it possible?.

Thanks!!!

note: Excuse me for my English

A nice thing is to export your element in XMI and reimport it with Strip GUID enabled.

It works well for me.

Another possibility is to use the templates package.  See http://www.sparxsystems.com/EAUserGuide/index.html?defaultelementtemplates.htm.

This is a mechanism that allows customization of all new diagrams and elements based on what is found in the templates package.
