Error: SCC_E_NONSPECIFICERROR

Hi,

I have a problem when I try add package to my version control (SCC).

After folowing the instructions in the "Version Control" whitepaper ( http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/WhitePapers/Version_Control.pdf):

* Proceed a right-click on package that will be controlled and choose: "Package Control /  Configure";

* Then, I tick "Control Package" control and select a Version Control previously configured from the droplist. After this, I click "OK";

* The applicaction prompt the question about "keep package checked out". So, I click "OK";

* Input some comment of package addiction, then click "OK";

* The folowing error appears: "Error: SCC_E_NONSPECIFICERROR";

* Next, the confirmation message: "File was not added".

All permissions have been configured in PVCS administration (Serena Dimensions).
Version of EA: 6.5.798 (Build 798) - Corporate version.
SCC Provider: Serena Dimensions (PVCS)

Please, help me with this issue.
