EA Version: 6.1.729 Corporate Edition
Database: SQL 2000

We have multiple project(s) under different Database(s) hosted under the same SQL Server. Recently we decided to merge these projects under one EA as they were sharing Component(s), Database etc. Each of the project was created as a "Root Node" (requirement of our ISO) with individual Packages under it; by Exporting XMI and Importing it into one EA, no problems there.

But when I run the Project Integrity Check following happens:

a) Warning Fatal error 1203 occured at <datetime> [couple of times]
b) The results shows

All the projects that I have added is shown as Orphaned and the Proposed Action is "Delete Package Object".

Any suggestion or twigs on the server side ?
