Standardising EA Operating Environment
« on: October 29, 2006, 10:53:51 pm »
Hi Everyone,

We have 10 users of EA in our office and we want to ensure that all of the settings for EA on each machine are the same.

The settings that are stored in the EAP file are not an issue - they are easy to standardise.

The settings we want to standardise are (as an example) the settings for code engineering to meet our coding standard.

Does anyone have any ideas where these settings are stored?

We found the Jet 4 setting in the registry, but the rest are a bit of a mystery.

Any help gratefully received!!

Thanks
Darren

If anyone is interested, I had a reply from Simon:

EA stores its options in the following registry key.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sparx Systems\EA400\EA\OPTIONS]
