the role desc for each entity are overlapping into other entities, how can I adjust these gloabally or is it a matter of drag and place?

No sure if I got the point. Try CTRL-A (select all) ALT-Z (Autosize)

None I know of. Probably you have to be more wordy in expressing your expectations.
