Error on Startup on VS Integrate for VS2005 2.1

Good DAy:
 My VSIntragrate for VS200 2.1 tool gives me and error status when EA starts.  I see this status in the Manage Add-Ins Menu Selection.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
