rtf bad character encoding???

hi,
I use eastern characters in use case text scenario, then I make rtf documentation. When I view it in internal browser everthing is ok, but viewing it in MS Word, characters as 'ěřž' are bad encoded. Is it possible set encoding when creating projects? Or what I'm doing bad?

There were some problems with a specific db repositories. If you use one, have a look there if there is correct encoding. Else... sorry.
