RefreshModelView(int Packackage ID) does not work

Hello,

i am using the Java API, and have a problem with
RefreshModelView(int PackageID); it simply has
no effect, even if i call SetEnableUIUpdates(true)
before calling RefreshModelView

Any ideas?
