Authorization Dialog not available for download EA

Hallo,

With a new license and valid registration key, user ID and Password, I try to download EA 6.5 build 802.

For download one has to put user ID and Password into an authorization dialog. But I don't get the authorization dialog, only the message that authorization is required (401).

What can be wrong???

Which browser do you use?

I use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0.
I also now contacted the sparx support.
