Accidently deleted user name and password

Hello all

I was trying to remove the user name and password set up on my model for Maintaining Users...I seem to have deleted the role but when I try to reopen the EA model it is still asking for a user name and password that no longer exists - help!!

Thanks - thought this would be the case but alas time is running away from me so hence the post - I had a search through trying to find them but no success. Will try a few different words!!
