Hyperlink to a bookmark within an html file

Hi all,
I am trying to create a hyperlink to a bookmark in an external html file, from an EA diagram, so that if I launch the hyperlink the file will open at that position. The way I know of doing this is to use /index.htm#bookmark1 type hyperlinks. This works fine from the html generated version of the package but not from within EA itself. If I remove the #bookmark1 part, it opens the html file from within EA without any problems. Anybody have any suggestions?

Perhaps this is worth writing a bug report, or at least a feature request to Sparx.
