Block spam IP

Can YaBB block on IP address - it says 'ip logged'.
Better still, all IP from that ISP !!

Done. My early morning routine these days is: switch on PC, get coffee, log into forum and check for spam, update the blocked IP address list, delete spam...

It didn't match any other banned IP address in the first two numbers. I'll keep an eye open for patterns.
