I have lost my key, how can i get it back?

I thought you got your registration key in an email from Sparx when you pay for a licence ?

If you remind them of your details, they might re-send the original email ...

Hi

Yes I got a License but I didnt make a copy of it, and my windows crashed with outlook and so on.

But i will try to get it from sparx

(I still have my harddrive that crashed, so maybe outlooks file ".pst" is still intakt. Have to check this)

Sparx can locate your registration key if you email [email protected] with some details of your original purchase. Useful details include the purchase email address, company name, order number and the order date.
