Repeating Table Heading Rows

I am trying to get the column names to repeat on each new page of an RTF document.

MS-Word has a 'Heading Rows Repeat' option - is there an equivalent command for the EA RTF template?

I have never found the command in the RTF editor. However, the "basic template" that comes with EA seems to have this capability built in to it.  

I base all my custom RTF reports on this template. I copy one of the tables that is already in it and modify it to suit my report. Not ideal, but it works.
