Stereotyped Nodes Not Sizing
« on: March 15, 2007, 06:10:22 am »
Finally went to version 6.5 and now Nodes in deployment views with Stereotype, such as "server", have resized themselves as if word wrap is off. I realize that don't follow best practice naming convensions in these particular diagrams, but is there something that can be done so that width is not impacted?

I remember there has been changed something recently. Try reading the release notes (or search the board).

There is a radio button set on the Set Feature Visibility dialog that allows you to choose whether to word wrap, resize, or truncate. This is for features - I don't have any idea what it will do with stereotypes.

I also don't know - or just cannot remember, either way - if there is an equivalent dialog on a per-diagram or per-model basis. Although you can select multiple elements and invoke the dialog, it would probably get old fast in a large model.

No, you can't have it!
