Reference Element in linked document
« on: March 21, 2007, 02:43:47 am »
Hi,
I have a problem with the linked documents.
We want to use them for various supposes, but I cant see the possibility to reference the element, to which the document is linked to (e.g. the Element name as headline), like I can do with the rtf generator.
Am i right, that the linked document is only a plain text editor?

Not sure about that as I don't use it. But linked docs are RTF docs stored in the EA repository. A forum search might reveal more abour this topic.

Of course, I used the forum search before posting this question, but I havent found anything about accessing the element from the linked document.
But thank you for your time

The Linked RTF documents are not related to the RTF Document templates.  It is not possible to reference model data from the linked documents at this time.
