EA - AllChange Problem

We've integrated AllChange source code management with EA, but we're having a problem.

Although we were able to check everything in, we're then not able to check things back out. That check-out option is disabled (grayed out).

Is this a "known issue" with either AllChange or the EA-AllChange integration?

Thanks in advance for any replies or suggestions.
