HTML (Javscript) does not resizePage
« on: April 29, 2007, 04:12:51 pm »

It seems that on some XP versions (don't start with me :-/ and regardless of the HTML browser, IE or Firefox) after the initPage() loads the blank.htm files the frames on both sides of the page collapse to tiny lines.
It gets through the toc.htm and displays it until the blank.htm loads then nothing usefull occurs.

(Hint : removing the onresize="..."; solves the collapse but gives back only a quarter of the potential frame size.)

We also noted that the browser experiences errors at the end file on the index and blank.htm BUT only on some machines.

Problem does not occur on Windows 2K or older editions of XP (2002) so it seems related to the OS or some libray that handles HTML.

Is this related to the problem described in

OK now you can start with me ;-)

Thx,
