Does EA have Data Dictionary/Data Catalogue?
« on: May 07, 2007, 11:24:33 pm »
Hi

Our organisation considering EA but the question has been raised about Data Dictionary/Data Catalogue.

Does EA have a built-in data dictionary, or integration with a particular data dictionary product?

Many thanks.

Allan,

I think the closest EA comes is the Glossary. Look it up in the help files and experiment a bit.

We (the user community) have asked for a few basic improvements that would make this more versatile. No word yet on whether these will make it for the upcoming major version release.

No, you can't have it!
