RTF Export - Numbering?

Hi,
I have a problem:
I created a template for exporting (RTF) but, the numbering doesn't really work.
When I open the .rtf file there are no numbers. The indentations are made correctly, but there are no guiding numbers. In the template editor it looks nice, I added the numbering options to the Heading style.

And, a second thing: my TOC starts with 0 (zero). Why? And how can I change that?

I hope someone has help for me!
