Where is the control panel?

I've been trying to setup a connection to my MySQL database and the help file tells me to go to the Control Panel to set that option. Thats fine and all but I can't find the control panel. I'm not sure if its because I"m using the evaluation version or not, but can someone please tell me how to get there? I've checked (afaik) every single menu and option thats availabe. Thanks!

ah, nvm. i just realized that the help file is talking about the windows control panel =P
