Keep with next function?

Hi,
I'm still fighting with the rtf exporter. Now I "found" a new problem:
I marked {element.name} and {element.notes} with keep with next, so they should stay together. But when I open the exported rtf file, they are split!! Keep togehter doesn't help, the same error.
But I'm sure, that the function worked within another template I created.
Has someone any idea or suggestion?
