Code Page Setting for MS-Word and EA

I'd like to know if anyone has found a code page setting for EA that is acceptable to both MS-Word and EA. The objective is to use MS-Word to document extensive test scripts, and then paste them into the model. The native code page stettings for word and EA results in numerous characters that don't map properly.
