Remove Users from the Key Store

I know how to release EA key into the key store but I don't know how to remove other users who have never released the key to the key store. Anyone who can help me. Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing here, but...

Run KeyStore and see if you cannot set a maximum age for keys - I think that's the default. If a user goes beyond that time his EA stops working and your KeyStore will reuse the key again.

I don't know if there is even an option for permanent leases.

Another possibility is to delete and recreate your key file elsewhere. Do not do this unless you have verified that you have all the original keys handy, outside of KeyStore, and in unencrypted form. KeyStore will not work when it has been moved, so you'll have to reenter the keys (this the requirement to have them available).

In any case, you should immediately send a message to Sparx Support. Use the Support link at the top of the forum page. Then click Email Support.

FYI - In keystore under Tools/Options,  there's a tick box "Automatically release expired keys".  

However if you have access to Keystore you can release any key any time, whether expired or not, by selecting the relevant key in the list and then choosing "Key/Release" from the menu.
