Link requirement to method?

Hello,

is it possible to link an requirement to a method or an attribute, or only to a class?

Would it be sufficient to link requirements to classes, to fullfill the demands of the FDA (Federal Drug Administration)?

a) No, not directly. You could connect to the class and name the relation end accordingly.
b) No idea.
