write  xml for state diagram with API?

i have draw a state diagramm (s1) with EA,that can be exported in XML. via analyse s1 i want to automatically create a new state diagram (s2). How can i s2 create? To my mind i write a XML for s2, then import this XML. Have you any way to help?
