Hyperlinks to Discussion Forum

I'm posting this in case it may be of interest to others.

I have just discovered (by trial) that you can set a hyperlink to the discussion forum - this is not documented, at least  not that I could find.

Set the hyperlink address to "$forum://"

I have yet to try a hyperlink to a specific topic but will post if I work it out.

Ditto for me. Given that it opens the forum anyway then navigating to a specific topic shouldn't be too hard - he says in ignorance - in the same way the relationship matrix can open a specific profile. I notice that on a topic you can "Copy path to clipboard" which looks something like "category::topic" - what can you do with the path when you have it, ie what is the point of this?
