Horizontal slider for Set Attached Links...

When you attach a Note to one or more edges, there is a <Context Menu>|Advanced>Set Attached Links... dialog.

There is NO horizontal slider when the names of the edge ends are too long to fit in the currently sized dialog.  While one can alter the dialog (as a whole) and the sizing is sticky between sessions, it's still a good design philosophy to be consistent...
