UI element name not over element

For all relevant UI  elements in EA the name of the element is placed directly over the element. However when I creta a new element or change the apirience the name is place under the element.
This is some where between problematic to not corect, since if I create, for example, a new king of botton I would expect its name to apear over it same as normal UI <<Button>> object.

Is ther some trick to fix it?
