Activity diagram + partition + expansion region

Hi all

I have an activity diagram with an expansion region on top of partitions.

I have a problem with the MMI: I can't modify the expansion region anymore as long as it's on the partitions.

I can't select it. If I click on it, it's always the underlying partitions which gets selected.

If I locate it on the diagram from the project browser, it gets selected, but if I try to click on a corner to resize it, it gets deselected and the underlying partition gets selected!

It seems to me that both can't be use sanely on the same diagram! Or did I miss something!?
