install the Sparx Enterprise Key Store

Does this need to be installed on a server on can it be installed to a network location?  What are the reason you would do one over another, I am new to the product, so I appreciate your help.

The Sparx Enterprise Key Store application (SSKeyStore) does not need to be installed on the server.  It is generally recommended that this software be installed on the local workstation of the person who will be administering the licenses.  Using this program the administrator then creates a key file on a shared network filesystem which all EA users may then access directly using EA.
