Reverse Engineering
« on: October 02, 2007, 05:14:44 am »
Is there a way when reverse engineering to specify that you only want to bring into the model the files that are a part of the development project. I have a C# project that is in CM and some of the .cs files that are located in the directories are not a part of the project. They are just kept around until we remove them from CM. So the problem is that EA brings everything into the model and then we have to determine which ones are not used anymore and delete them. This is a pain. Any suggestions?

Use MDG Link or MDG Integration.

Also, you may import single files from Project|Code engineering by selecting the file type you want to import.
