EA Crashes when i try to print
« on: October 06, 2007, 01:01:47 am »
I can try to print any diagram to a Lexmark x5470 printer on USB port.  Get a blue screen with (win2k32.sys ) error.

No problems in other programs. Just EA.  Repeatable.

Please assist, I need to print these diagrams.

Is there any way you can print to a file, then just print that file outside of EA?
No, you can't have it!

You can save your diagram as a file (Str+T) as BMP, EMF, PNG, ... and print it with your image viewer.

Well yes, that works, and thanks for the answer.  But, I do wish Sparx would get this fixed.

I will post to their support site.

That's the right thing to do.

I was more interested in finding a workaround so you'd be able to create documentation in the meantime.

Please let us know when this is addressed (and hopefully corrected).
