Please let me know the steps to create Addin on EA 7.1 trial version using C# .net.

I would say RTFM. Enough examples available in site and in installed code samples.

As per the suggestion I took the code from sample code examples but the problem is that it is working on some systems and not on other systems. I don't understand what the problem is
