Problem in Report Generation

I am using EA version 7.0.814 (build 814) for capture of system requirements.  I have created a document template for Use Case Specification and most of the time the documents generate successfully.  However, sometimes the generated document stops abruptly part way through.  This always occurs immediatly after an alternate flow diagram, part way throught the diagram title, for either the second or third alternate flow.
This does not happen in all documents so it's not related to the content of the particular flow.

Any suggestions on what is causing this issue?
