UML Profiles and Auto Name Counters

Does anyone know of a way to set up auto name counters for custom UML Profiles? I have generalized several Requirement classes for each type of requirement and would like each to have its own unique prefix and index.

For example, my main functional requirements are instances of the Requirement metaclass, each having the prefix and identifier in format REQ-###. I would like to have a BusinessRule metaclass with instances having prefix and identifier in format BR-###. I can extend the Requirement metaclass using EA's UML Profile extensions, however, the new extended stereotype is not being listed in the available type list of the Auto Name Counters dialog (even after exporting and importing the profile).

I thought I had seen documentation for this feature, but I cannot find it anywhere.
