BUG: Properties Window doesn't display Features

Unlike most of the other relevant windows (such as Notes [Ctrl+Shift+1], Tagged Values [Ctrl+Shift+6]) the Properties Window [Alt+1] only shows the element settings.

Since the related windows display the correct Feature level information, the Properties window should also.
