(from PACKAGE NAME) label is missing
« on: December 13, 2007, 10:54:36 am »
Any thoughts on how I might have Sparx automatically display the package information below business function element in a Zachman framework model?

Example, considering a Zachman "Business Function - R1C2" model browser like the above:

Planner
|_Business Process
 |_Package_A
   |_Diagram_A
   |_BusinessFunction_A1
   |_BusinessFunction_A2
 |_Package_B
   |_Diagram_B
   |_BusinessFunction_B1
   |_BusinessFunction_B2

When I copy a business function, ex. BusinessFunction_A2, from package "A" into Diagram_B in Package_B I desire and expect to see the label (from Package A) displayed below the business function. However that is not happening. Any thoughts on how I might have Sparx automatically display the package information below business function element?

This used to be an easy-to-find option. Somehow, around the time that EA 7.0 arrived, it either became obscure or disappeared altogether.

I know we (the forum crowd) have debated this before, but for the life of my I cannot find the answer.

Does anyone have the correct information handy?
No, you can't have it!
