Im looking for a Reference Model or Framework in EA

The EA example is fine to know many aspects and uses of artifacts and stuffs

Im looking for a reference model in order to define an standard way to model from bussines model thru technical specs in my organization

Does anybody knows abot it, open sources are welcomed
