multiple choice list as type of tagged value
« on: February 28, 2008, 10:59:34 pm »
Dear all,
I’ve read the “Predefined Tagged Value Types” section in the EA help but I didn’t find any way to create a tagged value of the type “multiple choice list” (it is similar to “enum” but the former allows multiple selection of predefined value). Is it possible to have an attribute (tagged value) of multiple choice list type? If not I may use a string type.

Thanks in advance,
Davide

Not as yet.

This is something I've brought up with Sparx, but they have not yet moved on.

IMO this is sorely needed.

I should have been more specific here; I was referring to multiple select lists created in profiles.

Still, I don't know whether this is possible in 'ordinary' tagged values either. AFAIK the references to "list" and "drop-down" appear to be single-value selections.

[I have (yet) not tested this in builds 825 or later.]
