text position in actions

Hallo,

I think this is quite a simple question:

Is it possible to place the description (name) of the action instead of the center position into the top position (in order to place other elements into the action)?

Or are actions in contrast to activities simply not meant to have elements in them?

Actions are the most basic building block, and as such cannot be decomposed.

There are some options though, so take a look at the Action page in EA help, and follow the links there. [Note that this page has moved into "The UML Dictionary" in the EA 7.1 help file.
